First Baptist Church Halifax extends sincere sympathy to the family and friends of the late H. Beryl Isnor who died in Halifax on February 16, 2013.

ISNOR (Montague), H. Beryl — Passed away on February 16th, 2013. Born in Halifax, November 12, 1913, daughter of the late William J. Mon­tague and Ethel Blanche Bartlow. She is survived by her sister, Sister Mary Doris S.C., Halifax; stepson, Robert (Renie) Isnor, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, W. Roy Isnor; sister, Muriel Parker Garagan; brother, Howard Roy Montague; one niece and one nephew. For many years Beryl was employed with the Federal Department of Transportation and later the Depart­ment of Fisheries. After retiring, Ber­yl volunteered for 15 years at the Hali­fax Infirmary, Queen Street and Hope Cottage. During these years she as­sisted in the Chaplain’s office and also in the gift shop afternoons and eve­ning. Funeral arrangements are en­trusted to Snow’s Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Dr., Halifax. Mass of Chris­tian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 20th at 9:30 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Chapel of Caritas Residence. Cremation to fol­low, with interment in Camp Hill Cem­etery at a later date, beside her hus­band, W. Roy Isnor.
