During Sunday worship May 24th we celebrate Pentecost when the Spirit came upon the first followers of Jesus like tongues of fire falling from the heavens and like a mighty wind. Come and celebrate with us and wear the colours of fire (red, yellow, orange).
We invite youth and children to assist us with our Pentecost processional. We will have streamers representing wind and fire that we’ll wave as we sing our opening hymn. Youth and Children can meet at the back of the sanctuary at 10:25 am (a few minutes before the start of service) to collect their streamers and rose petals.
