Calling all gardeners and gardener helpers! We are delighted to confirm that our tradition of holding a plant sale annually continues. Join us on Saturday May 23rd from 9am – noon (rain or shine).
The 21st Annual Perennial Plant Sale will include a wide selection of perennials as well as bulbs, herbs, shrubs, garden accessories and books
How Can You Help?
- Donate empty plant pots for our gardeners to fill:) Do you have leftover empty pots from your Christmas Poinsettias or other pots from previous years collecting dust? Please leave them in the Narthex or at the Church Office, starting now
- If you are planting seeds now, perhaps plant an extra pot or two to set aside for the sale
- As you clear your gardens in the weeks ahead and ‘thin’ your perennials, think of us with your spares.
- Books, garden accessories, decorative pots, etc. all welcome.
- Volunteers: As the sale draws nearer, watch for a sign-up list at the back of the Church. We are going to need volunteers to price and sort plants, people to sell on the day of, people to carry plant-laden tables, cashiers, etc.
