We need your help. This January is officially designated as Online Directory Month! This is the month we need your assistance in updating our online directory known as Breeze. With your help, Breeze can be a great tool for getting to know one another and linking names to faces.
What is Breeze?
Glad you asked. Breeze is our secure, online directory that connects names to faces and includes contact information that you would like to share with the FBCH community. Only those authorized by the church office can access the directory, create a profile, and share information. Each person can choose what contact information to share.
What do I need to do?
If you already have a log-in to Breeze, click here to access your profile, view your information and privacy settings, and upload a picture (a selfie works great – suggested resolution of 500kb-1mb). Contact Jean if you need to update your information.
If you do not have a log-in to Breeze, or are not sure, email Jean (office@fbchalifax.ca) and she can set you up. You can also get assistance from Jean after worship on Sundays in January. She can open your profile and edit your information.
If you want help with your picture, we will have someone with a church iPhone in the North Transept who can take your picture and Jean can take care of uploading your picture to your profile.
What about folk who aren’t “tech savvy”?
Jean can update your profile and permissions. A simple, printed copy of the directory that lists names with pictures (no contact information) will be printed for those who cannot readily access the online directory.
*Note, by submitting a picture, you are granting permission to be part of a printed directory of pictures and names.
