It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Carol Ann (Denton) Snair, age 81, of Halifax, formerly of Queensland, who passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2020 in QEII Health Sciences Center, Halifax.
Born in Charlottetown, P.E.I., she was a daughter of the late Rev. Dr. Harvey and Evelyn (Powell) Denton. An enterprising business owner, she provided transcription services to medical and other professionals across the Halifax area for many years.
Carol is survived by her beloved husband, Roy Snair; son, Robert MacKay; stepdaughters, Joy Anne O’Hearn and Sharron (Ray) Myler; brother, Tom (June) Denton; sister, Evelyn (John) Dickinson; grandchildren, Angie and Cody; as well great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews across the country. She was predeceased by her son, David MacKay; daughter, Cathy MacKay; and stepson, David R. Snair.
